Portable Cooling had a dated and very confusing website that wasn’t working for them. Besides not having a brand image, they also had a back end e-commerce store with a menu system completely different from their front end and a product layout that was confusing to any prospect. This inconsistency left a feeling of the site not being secure or reliable.
We were brought on to overhaul their look and interactivity with potential customers. We also created a custom “sales qualifier” which we termed “Cool Tool” which, through a series of questions, would help a potential customer filter down to what unit would best serve them.
